The 6th International Symposium on Computer Engineering and Intelligent Communications (ISCEIC 2025), hosted by Southwest University, was successfully held in Chongqing, China, from November 24 to 26, 2025! More than 300 experts and scholars from across the country engaged in research in the fields of computer engineering and intelligent communications participated in the conference.

Participants conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions focusing on the disciplinary development and technological frontiers of computer engineering and intelligent communications. Emphasis was placed on the future challenges and opportunities of computer engineering and intelligent communications amid the rapid advancements in technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5G/6G. The conference further strengthened the close ties between academia and industry.

2025年11月24-26日，由西南大学主办的第六届计算机工程与智能通信国际研讨会（ISCEIC 2025）在中国重庆顺利召开！来自全国从事计算机工程与智能通信研究领域的专家学者300余人参加会议。

与会人员围绕计算机工程与智能通信领域的学科发展、技术前沿，尤其是人工智能、5G/6G等技术飞速发展的时代背景下计算机工程与智能通信的未来挑战与机遇展开深入交流与探讨，会议进一步加强了学术界与产业界的紧密联系。

The conference was opened with a chair speech delivered by Professor Zidong Wang from Brunel University London, who serves as an IEEE Fellow, a Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the European Academy of Arts and Sciences, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Systems and Cybernetics. On behalf of the organizing committee and Southwest University, Professor Wang extended a warm welcome to all participants and expressed the hope that through sincere and in-depth dialogue and efficient collaboration, attendees would jointly promote new breakthroughs in theoretical research and technological applications. 

The opening ceremony of the symposium was hosted by Professor Xin Luo, Dean of the School of Software, College of Computer and Information Science, Southwest University.

会议由IEEE Fellow、欧洲科学院院士、欧洲科学与艺术院院士、国际系统与控制论科学院院士，伦敦布鲁内尔大学王子栋教授代表组委会作主席寄语，代表组委会及西南大学欢迎与会代表的到来，期待与会代表通过坦诚深入的对话与高效合作，共同推动理论研究与技术应用取得新突破。大会开幕式由西南大学计算机与信息科学学院 软件学院院长罗辛教授主持。

The conference invited six leading experts in the field to deliver keynote speeches: Professor Junwei Han, Vice President of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (IEEE Fellow, national high-level talent); Professor Xiao He from Tsinghua University (national high-level talent); Professor Jiafu Wan from South China University of Technology (IEEE Fellow); Professor Tao Xiang, Dean of the School of Computer Science at Chongqing University (national high-level talent); Professor Jinyi Long from Jinan University and Professor Xin Luo, Southwest University (IEEE Fellow, national high-level talent).

大会邀请重庆邮电大学副校长韩军伟教授（IEEE Fellow，国家级高层次人才）、清华大学何潇教授（国家级高层次人才）、华南理工大学万加富教授（IEEE Fellow）、重庆大学计算机学院院长向涛教授（国家级高层次人才）、暨南大学龙锦益教授、西南大学计算机与信息科学学院 软件学院院长罗辛教授（IEEE Fellow，国家级高层次人才）等六位领域领军专家作大会报告。

The conference also invited Associate Professor Yan Qiao from Macau University of Science and Technology (national high-level talent) and Dr. Weibo Liu from Brunel University London to deliver invited talks and share their latest research findings.

会议还邀请了澳门科技大学乔岩副教授（国家级高层次人才）、伦敦布鲁内尔大学刘伟伯博士作特邀报告，分享最新研究成果。

The conference featured parallel oral presentation sessions, during which 16 scholars from universities and institutions such as Toyama University in Japan, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics delivered academic reports and engaged in discussions centered on the conference theme. The on-site atmosphere was lively, fostering academic exchange in the relevant fields. The parallel sessions were co-chaired by Professor Di Wu and Associate Professor Ye Yuan from Southwest University.

会议设置分会场口头报告，来自日本富山大学、西南交通大学、西南大学、重庆邮电大学、南京航空航天大学等高校单位的16位学者围绕会议主题开展学术报告和讨论交流，现场分享交流气氛热烈，促进了相关领域的学术交流。分会场由西南大学吴迪教授、袁野副教授共同主持。

To encourage the growth of young scholars and promote the emergence of outstanding research achievements, the organizing committee presented multiple awards during the conference, including the Best Paper Award, Best Student Paper Award, Best Oral Presentation Award, and Best Poster Award. These honors recognized individuals and teams with outstanding performances in computer engineering and intelligent communication research. The award ceremony was conducted in a lively atmosphere, further fostering a positive cycle of talent development and academic exchange.

为激励青年学者成长、推动优秀科研成果的涌现，大会期间，组委会陆续颁发了最佳论文奖、最佳学生论文奖、最佳口头报告奖和最佳海报奖等多个奖项，表彰在计算机工程与智能通信研究方面表现突出的个人与团队。颁奖仪式现场氛围热烈，进一步推动了人才培养与学术交流的良性循环。

As an important communication platform in the fields of computer engineering and intelligent communication, the successful convening of the 6th International Symposium on Computer Engineering and Intelligent Communication (ISCEIC 2025) not only built a bridge for in-depth dialogue and collaboration between renowned scholars and industry experts, effectively promoting the sharing and exchange of cutting-edge research, but also, by focusing on core topics and future trends, injected strong momentum into accelerating technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development in the field.
